Job Description:
Darigold is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Financial Analyst to be a part of Darigolds Treasury team. The Senior Financial Analyst must posses the desire and ability to understand financial analysis concepts and have strong financial modeling skills. As a member of the Treasury team the Senior Financial Analyst will be a partner in the Finance Division. The Senior Financial Analysts role is to perform treasury banking operation, financial reporting and lease financing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
TREASURY BANKING OPERATIONS: performs daily cash operations to fund required cash needs. Executes wire transfers and other funding necessary to balance companys daily cash position. Responsible for daily borrowing, investment redemptions, or investing excess cash. Maintains cash desk procedures manuals, signature cards, and interacts with banks and various departments to provide excellent customer service relating to treasury operations and resolve banking issues. Perform daily cash forecasting. Perform bank fee statement analysis to identify cost savings and optimize Darigolds use of various banking products. Analyze monthly manufacturing variances.
FINANCIAL REPORTING: Prepare monthly Board-level financial reports. Prepare banking compliance reports (quarterly covenants, monthly borrowing base, monthly financials). Export certain financial data to feed financial systems.
LEASE FINANCING: Partner and consult with various departments throughout the company on lease versus buy analysis. Manage Darigolds extensive lease portfolio by using techniques of portfolio theory. Perform economic modeling of various lease structures and alternatives. Analyze the early buyout of leases.
MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS: Prepare and maintain analysis on Darigolds weighted average cost of capital (WACC). Own Darigolds investment policy. Participate on mergers and acquisition teams as treasurys representative. Assist in implementation of treasury related products or projects which span across departments and/or serve as the lead project manager, as appropriate. Participate in new debt financing or debt refinancing. Participate in forecasting projects, as needed. Perform competitor analysis, as necessary.
Participate in other projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Thorough understanding of financial analysis concepts.
Strong financial modeling skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with different departments and lead projects which may involve various different departments and personalities.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Understanding of financial systems.

Education, Experience and Certifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with a focus in Finance - or closely related field.
2-3 years of applicable experience.
CTP designation, optional.
