Nova Capital Partners, LLC is a leading pan-African investment bank that raises debt and equity capital and provides buy and sell side advisory to large and middle market companies across Africa. Nova has offices in New York and Johannesburg. We are seeking seasoned financial services and/or consulting professionals who can generate large and middle market deal flow throughout Africa with a focus on (but not limited to) the following countries:
- Kenya - South Africa - Nigeria - Malawi - Namibia - Zambia - Botswana - Angola - Ghana - Tanzania - Egypt - Tunisia - Morocco
Nova is interested in both publicly traded and privately held companies who seek to raise institutional capital from the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East as well as M&A advisory and transaction services.
Our firm primarily focuses on (but is not limited to) the following sectors:
A keen understanding of financing and capital needs of middle to large sized companies in these regions willing to be clients of Nova. Generally, C-Level and/or Board level contacts are necessary for such companies. Client relationship management is also key to this position.
